The Brewery in 60 Seconds

From an '84 Eagle Wagon to the boot factory.

In 1999 brewmaster Joe Katchever drove from Colorado to La Crosse with a trailer full of brewing equipment and a plan to make better beer. Twenty-five years later, Pearl Street Brewery pours twenty-plus year-round and seasonal recipes from inside a 100 year old former boot factory on St. Andrew Street.

The beer is hand-crafted, the room is lived-in, and the door is open six days a week.
